Welcome to our Thursday Training session. This specific training is designed for beginners as well as advanced riders. Focus Cycling has engaged two of our top cycling coaches to assist our members in reaching their optimal cycling levels.
In one hour of supervised training, you will learn the basics of road cycling. Road Cycling is a group sport that requires a period of adaptation and basic training in order to increase performance. If you are a cycling fan who wants to improve your performance and achieve your full potential our Thursday Training Ride is perfect for you. In addition to the benefits derived from a group ride, we emphasize rotations, intervals, endurance and strength training, complementing the experience with an additional mile of jogging that will help you cool down in a controlled manner while strengthening your legs after each workout.
Our members meet at 6:00 pm (beginners) and 6:30 pm (advanced) all year round, with exceptions that fall beyond our control, such as inclement weather or other emergencies that will be posted on this site regularly.
