AVERAGE RIDING SPEED FLUCTUATES BETWEEN 18 MPH AND 22 MPH WITH A FEW INCREASES, DEPENDING ON ROAD CONDITIONS, TRAFFIC AND WEATHER

RIDERS ADHERE TO A SPECIFIC RIDING STRUCTURE FOR THEIR OWN PROTECTION. COACH DECIDES THE RIDING STRUCTURE

Welcome to our Saturday Training sessions. In this training program you will join our members in achieving optimal personal goals by systematically receiving professional training in the following disciplines:

  • Proper riding formation

  • Rotation drills

  • Proper distance for team effort

  • Minimize break and coasting 

  • Maintaining speed and distance

  • Riding as a tight group

  • Peloton style training

  • Helping sprinters reach finish line

  • Your role within the group

This Training is designed for Intermediate to Advanced riders. 

Our members meet at 7:15 am all year round, with exceptions that fall beyond our control, such as inclement weather or other emergencies that will be posted on this site regularly.

In order to accommodate all of our members, the starting point of this training ride varies as follows:
