Thursday Ride. Time to Train!
In one hour of supervised training, you can learn the basics of road cycling. Road Cycling is a group sport that requires a period of adaptation and basic training in order to increase your performance. If you are a cycling fan who wants to improve your performance on two wheels, and you want to be able to withstand the many miles of routes and utilize the full potential of your bike and legs, take part in our Training Ride and learn the basic principles of cycling training to start rolling in a ‘serious’ way. Scheduled days to ride, rotations, intervals, endurance and strength training, wrapping things up with an additional mile of jogging that will help you cool down in a controlled manner while strengthening your legs after each workout.
