Key Biscayne Duathlon and Triathlon Demo is the perfect place to train all three disciplines in a controlled and secure environment.
Open water session starts with a warm-up, swimming between 150 and 200 meters. We then proceed to the open water course between buoys, swimming up to 1000 meters. Next we do swimming-cycling transition practices, entering and leaving the water with controlled repetitions. We then move to the cycling station where the transition times are supervised. Once the cycling section starts, a route is covered in distances between 17 and 21 miles. Lastly, transitions between cycling and running are practiced followed by a running route covering distances between 3 and 4 miles.
