We are a team of dedicated trainers that once were just like you, until we decided to change our lives with the goal of helping others reach the same level by sharing our own experiences. We pace our training according to your needs and never push our clients beyond their limits without first achieving a good balance between mind and body.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
No. All of our training includes nutritional guidance and a healthy diet which we will help you follow daily through reminders (text and email).
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
Depending on your goals, needs and limitations, we will help you develop into a home program that suits you, not us.
HOW DOES FOCUS CYCLING MEMBERSHIP DIFFER FROM OTHERS?
As one of the fastest growing clubs in the County, Focus Cycling Club offers added value in the form of safety education for children and adult riders, multi-level and multi-skill levels for beginners and advanced riders, direct link to County and State authorities for the purposes of education and safety, permanent weekly rides, permanent weekly training, one-on-one training, "day-of-the-race" support, and sponsorship for gifted athletes within the group.

Proven track record of performance and achievements. Our Coaches are hands-on type of instructors who have participated, qualified and won numerous events, from local to Statewide races.
WHAT MAKES YOUR RIDING TEAM SO DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS?
Focus Cycling is not an occasional riding team. It is made up of a group of professional riders working with amateur riders towards a common goal: to improve performance and enjoy each and every event as a "team." Focus Cycling prides itself is never leaving a teammate behind, regardless of the circumstances. As such, if you start the ride with us, you will finish the ride with us, regardless of your level of performance.
