Welcome to our Tuesday Training sessions. In this training program you will join our members in achieving optimal personal goals by systematically receiving professional training in the following disciplines:

  • Introduction to Running

  • Specific Techniques

  • Plyometric Exercises

  • Short, medium and distance running 

  • Complete training for 5K and 10K

  • Specific training for Half and Full Marathon

Our members meet at 6:30 pm all year round, with exceptions that fall beyond our control, such as inclement weather or other emergencies that will be posted on this site regularly.
